The West Perth Football Club Team Store sends all articles using Regular Post. Please contact the club on 08 9300 3611 if you require Express Post.

DELIVERY AND POSTAGE DETAILS

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST for Australian orders.

Unless otherwise stated on individual products, the following postage charges will apply:

Please allow 2 - 5 business days

$11 per order (or $25 for large items)

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your online order has been placed, please allow 1 - 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check your local post office as your parcel may have been redirected without notice. Alternatively you can contact the West Perth Football Club Team Store on 08 9300 3611.

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind; however, the West Perth Football Club Team Store may provide a credit or replacement for an item within 21 days of purchase if you change your mind, provided that:

1. original proof of purchase is supplied; and

2. goods are in unworn / unused original condition and in original packaging

In the case of a refund being issued, postage costs are exempt from refund.

If a product is deemed faulty then we will send the item back to the original supplier in which they should either exchange or repair the product.

The West Perth Football Club Team Store will provide a refund or exchange after 21 days if an item has a major fault. Original proof of purchase is required.

AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

Whilst every effort is made ensure items are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. To ensure all deliveries are processed in a timely manner, stock management takes place each week however, in the instance whereby a product is unavailable, the West Perth Football Club Store will advise you of the back dated article/s and will contact you as soon as possible.
