For more than 50 Years Roy Boyd has had the privilege of working with a huge number of athletes from beginners to Olympic finalists and is acknowledged as one of Australia's most outstanding hurdles coaches.

This DVD is an opportunity to celebrate Roy's work and to share his great knowledge of hurdling. Including sections on drills, technique, conditioning and performance analysis, it is relevant to coaches and athletes of all levels of experience and across all hurdles events.
